Sam Burden is a native of Newark, Notts., he is a self-taught artist working in oils & watercolours. His distinctive style with attention to detail is based on sound draughtsmanship & keen observation which is reflected in his images. Sam was commissioned by British Steel to create paintings of Industrial subjects & he is also well known for harbour scenes in Devon & Cornwall. Sam's latest images are six new Yorkshire subjects including the ever popular scene of Goathland, printed using the giclee method by Dace-Digital.
